Dr. Asal Saeidfar is a Research Scientist at the Energy Research Center at Lehigh University. She earned her Ph.D. in Mechatronics Engineering from Sabancı University, Turkey, with a specialization in proton exchange membrane fuel cells.
Her research spans modeling and simulation, electrochemistry, characterization and recovery of critical minerals, and innovative non-energy applications of coal, with a focus on advancing sustainable and impactful energy technologies.
She has strong expertise in multiphysics modeling using COMSOL, Ansys Fluent, mathematical modeling, MATLAB, and electrochemical characterization.
